I’ve always been family-oriented, although with a high libido. When my boundaries got crosses through sexual harassment at work, and my husband at the time could not protect me, as he had no idea, and the art of holding space was not developed at that time in my life, I got into the void of self-destruction, self-search and self-healing for many years.
Until I realized what my true values are.
True intimacy is not so much about penetration itself, although it is a big part of it.
It is more about emotional safety, ability to hear what is beyond the words and ability to share your vulnerability and to hold space when that is required.
