Soothing and purifying the energy and emotions is so needed to allow our nervous system to rest and reset. This part of our work is the most important one. Sometimes the emotional debris can be manifested in the physical body like real pain and tension, as all the emotions get stuck in our body.

Next we work with the family purification and acceptance. We see clearly our families and extended families for what they truly are, and reactivate the feeling of their support on a very deep level, allowing ourselves to hear beyond the words when we listen through our loving and compassionate heart.

Being in the heart is essential for all types of healing. It is essential to recognize the hidden chambers, which got locked up, it is essential to open it wide.

THIS PRACTICE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

It is for those who feel necessity to connect with the loved ones who have left this physical realm to receive guidance or support. 

Please make sure you go through the purification process first and only enter this practice once you are fully centered and emotionally stable. 

We want to learn who are our ancestors, how to connect with them and how to harmonize them. It is a very special experience when you feel your ancestor's support. But your blood is both a curse and a gift. Learn how to heal the distortions and how to connect with them. 

Almost every single one of us has enormous wisdom within, yet because we were conditioned by the society, we were taught by the system, we learnt how to numb that wisdom.

When we come back to the roots, we come to a zero point to unlearn everything we knew before and to open up for that wisdom of our ancestors, of our genetic code, of our blood and cells.

This module is a bonus to this program, as relationship is where we get a lot of trauma and they also mimic our childhood trauma, thus when we have gone through the family relationship healing, we can surface level address this question.

This step is quite big, so we will break it into several parts: we will talk about relationship cycles and stages we all come through; we will learn how to balance masculine and feminine energies and why it is important; we will learn how to disconnect from all the past relationships and to heal the heart; we will learn what is a sacred union and how to activate and reactivate it.

Now that we have purified ourselves and our families, I want us to become confident in our authentic self-expression. You came here to be yourself. I want you to bloom. The problem is that our relationship trauma, our families issues, our life circumstances influence our confidence a lot. We almost forget who we are, what we came here for, what is our goal, how to move forward and what are the steps to take.

But actually deep inside we always knew.
