Welcome to Trust Your Emerald Heart Podcast, BE School Space. This is Viktoria Suardi. And today we are talking about Divine Energy Embodiment and I'm going to share the energy practice with you, which was recorded live and also the Q&A session at the end of it. And through the practice which we're going to have together, you will have an understanding how to do it yourself and you will be able to repeat it again if you choose to do so.

I'm giving you just a few minutes to connect, to drop into the place, to get yourself some water, to make sure no one is disturbing you, to make sure you are ready to go within, to connect with me and maybe with other ones, to drink some water. I'm always being asked what essential oils can be used to activate the senses. It's totally up to you, really. You don't have to use anything specific. I mean, it's good if you know what the essential oils actually do or how they influence your energy and perception. So for example, if you want to go sleep, you'd better not use orange because it's going to boost your energy, right? But if you are looking for something in particular, you can read books, you can explore, and there are lots of different essential oils, but you have to pay attention to the quality to make sure that it's a real oil, not the fragrance, which is something that makes difference.
The sound can be a little bit buzzy because I have cicadas in the garden. Sometimes I have workers around here also building another property next door. So it's not perfect, but this is how our life is. It's not perfect, right?
We have the agenda for today - to reconnect to ourselves, to understand what is divine energy embodiment and how to connect to God / Source / Prime Creator, how to anchor something down and what it truly means.
And we are going to start by going within a little bit and that's our goal. But the energy might play out in a different way, which is also fine. So you're very welcome to ask questions in the comments to send me direct messages after we finish.

Welcome to the space.
My name is Viktoria Suardi and I am a founder of BE School Space. And this episode is brought to you in the Spiritual Awakening Support Group on Facebook, which is a collaboration. And we are here to support those who are experiencing something, maybe you don't even know what you're experiencing, and to bring you back to yourself, to your senses, to your divinity, to something that has always been within you, to something that has always been available, yet maybe you forgot.
So let's start with a little alignment and meditation.
And because it is 8:00 AM here where I am, and in Eastern United States it's 8:00 PM. In other places it's different time. So in Europe, somebody's watching it's night time already, evening time, afternoon time. Everyone was busy with their things. And I want you to drop everything for this 50 minutes which are upcoming. And just to be here with yourself a little bit, with me also, but with yourself primarily, OK?
So make a deep breath in one more time.
Deep breath out, deep breath in, deep breath out, deep breath in, deep breath in.
Just keep your eyes closed for the time being and try to see if you can relax a little bit by just your attention to your breath, to your body, to your senses. By being present with yourself.
I am inviting the Highest and Purest Frequencies for the connection, our Highest Selves, all other energies and beings I'm kindly asking to respect the sacred space and live. I'm shutting off and shutting down all the communication lines with groups which are not here for good, which are not here to support the evolution, the love, the divinity for the highest good of all. And I'm inviting everyone and everything that wants to receive healing and guidance to join us, such as our Reinforcement team, Divine Support Team, Ancestors, Guides, Councils - everyone who is willing to support us in this journey of divine energy embodiment is invited to join us on the energetic level.
But some of you might also feel the presence and it's totally fine.
Observe but do not absorb if you don't feel safe.
I'm inviting you to drop the roots from your Root Chakra into the Mother Earth and anchor down. Literally roll the roots around the core of the Earth for you to feel grounded and safe right here in this space which we are creating together. And through these roots, we can all drop insecurities, fears, worries, doubts, everything that was on our way, everything that was not meant for our growth, everything that was preventing us from being our true divine selves. We just drop it into the Loving hands of the Mother Earth and the Mother lovingly helping us to clean it up.
Beyond our feet we're activating the Earth Star Chakra, the energy centre, which is meant to help us feel more grounded, to feel more connected with the Earth, to feel more present and to remember what we came here to do, to stay in this presence for a little bit, stay in this emptiness and nothingness.
What else is there when there are no worries and no doubts and no fears and no insecurities, what else is there?
Of course, pure love, the Mother Nature, the Earth, this planetary grid is loving and supporting you, and it's not a trade: if you do this,I do that - no, she loves us purely, sincerely, no matter what. And it's a choice if we want to love her back, if we want to give her back, and if we remember what we came here to do.
Stay grounded.
Stay present with your feelings and emotions, with everything that is showing up.
And now we're filling up this energy center, which is the Root with the Mother Earth energy, bringing this energy through our body, through our feet, into our root, and filling it up, clearing up everything that is on the way. Maybe something is still left there.
And coming to the lower abdomen, the Sacred Energy Center, which is responsible for sexual, creative and emotional energy. This is the place - lower abdomen - in your physical body which actually needs to be relaxed. And it is relaxed when the root is safe and when you feel secure. Yet when we have a lot of tension, a lot of grudges, a lot of experiences, a lot of emotions, it's not so safe, it's not so relaxed. The creative flow is not coming easily. But we've got a choice.
We can relax and release it.
Watch your abdomen while you're breathing. Is it relaxed? Open yourself up to gentle breathing and being with your own emotions. Every single emotion is energy in motion, returning you back to yourself and either reminding you what inner work you have to be doing or guiding you how you can transform. This is a very important energy center because it's a center of transformation, transmutation, alchemization.
It's a place which can help you shift and go to a next level, to a different timeline, merge their reality, so to speak. The women are the sacred portals between their realities, bringing children into this life, Yet the men are the guardians of this portal, protecting the Mother and the baby.
And we all have the sacred energy within, the sacred union energy of the masculine and feminine, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father who came together and created us as the Divine Child, innocent and pure.
Yet in our daily life, we are so busy thinking about this and that and worrying about this and that and having all sorts of projections and securities. But when we come back to the divinity, we remember that we are pure in the core as we are, and the sacred connection between feminine and masculine is sacred, is pure as it is. It is a creative force which creates life. It's the life force, our birthright.
The sacred sexuality energy has been distorted for millennia. Once we awaken this energy, we learn how to transmute, transform and alchemize and give it a different quality to be able to use this pure life force energy for creating harmonious life and realities around us.
We're moving this energy forward to the upper abdomen Solar Plexus.
Solar plexus is the willpower place, the place which helps us to be strong in the material world, to come from A to B, and to accomplish what we want to accomplish.
Yet it's also a place that keeps us small, sometimes worried, insecure, and if we do not have clear vision, it can be a place that doesn't allow us to finish something that we dream and desire about. Solar plexus is a very important place. It helps us to merge the spirituality and physicality because when Divine Love and Divine Purpose meet, Divine Abundance comes as a result. Yet in the humanity, greed mentality has been there for millennia. People were acting through the place of lack, through the programs of poverty, victimhood and more.
And yet you are to reset and to recalibrate and to get the work done which needs to be done to understand how you can express yourself safely, securely, and yet flourish in this, in this physicality, in this physical reality, without expectations. Yet through presence, through being yourself, through expressing yourself authentically, sincerely, purely.
When we merge the Solar Plexus and the Heart, we understand that the portal of moving between the realities, between the layers, between the dimensions, is actually within us. We don't have to use any other portals created by others, we can just do our own work for the highest good of all.
Yet here comes the question:
Are we doing it for the highest good of all, or are we doing it just from the place of lack? Or just from the place of greed? Or just from the place of getting more and more and more.
I'm inviting you to think about the reality we are living in. If we want to shift to a different reality, we have to create this reality within ourselves. And what kind of world do you want to live in? What kind of world do you want our kids to live in? And their kids?
The world where support and kindness and love are the guiding stars. This is the world I want to create, and I'm inviting you to create it with with me for the highest good of all. And it doesn't necessarily mean that you will be running around and judging others for not doing it right. It just means that you are going to be clear and present with yourself and making conscious choices in every given moment.
We're moving forward to the Heart. The heart is something that makes us different from all other beings. There are many multiple beings between the realities in different dimensions. Stuck or not stuck and those beings often try to adjust themselves to us to suck the emotions and that's what makes us stuck in the matrix or was making us stuck in the matrix.
Cancel. Clear. Delete.
We do not choose that, we do not consent anymore.
Yet the heart is something that every one of us has, that every one of us can unlock and experience and feel. And when the Divine Child enters this reality, this is the first thing he feels, the Divine Love of the Mother. He was in the Womb of Creation for nine months, and then he entered the Portal of Love and came to the mother. And whether the mother managed to give the baby everything that the baby needed or not, we're not here to judge. This was the Divine Plan. How it was accomplished is a different story, a story of Soul Evolution, the same as the story of all sorts of relationship we might have had in our life, with our romantic relationships and partners, with our families, with those around us: friends, colleagues, strangers. There are many people around us, and when we interfere, when we connect, when we talk, we influence one another all the time.
And yet we are to learn, to observe but not absorb, if we don't wish to do so and we do not consent. And we are here to clear up the old grudges of the heart, something that no longer serves us, something that is heavy to carry around, something that was locked in the deepest, darkest chambers of the heart. And we chose to see it as something that does no longer exist.
When we do the inner work, when we look deeper, when we look beyond, we understand that the memories pop up, the feelings arise. And sometimes they were so suppressed, that we chose to numb that part of the heart and not allow that part of the heart to be in the picture. So we kind of love or breathe or express ourselves, but not fully because here it's OK, it's good. But over here, please do not touch. I do not allow you to come so close.
And that is something that many of us had as an experience, whether from this childhood and our inner child is playing in the story or from previous lifetimes and timelines.
And we are to heal. We are to allow ourselves to breathe fully with all the heart. Sounds silly, brief with the heart, but actually when we open up the energetic heart, we allow this energy of breath, of divinity to go through our whole body and experience moving forward.
There is the Upper Heart. Some people call it Thymus. It's in between the heart and the throat, right in the middle of your chest, that's the energy center. But in the physical body it's also an organ which is responsible for your immunity. And on the energetic level, it is the place which allows us to be happy, which allows us to be immune to the situations in life and to come back to the center when something is not in alignment
Coming further to the Throat. And this is the place which was locked for many. This is the place which was used as a control place, control point by the religion, by the society, by the parents, by the previous experiences. And oftentimes we locked our own throat saying OK, my voice doesn't matter and I'd better numb it and I'd better keep my thoughts for myself and I'd better make myself small. That's what we said to ourselves on the subconscious level. It doesn't have to be that way. You can clear it up and take all the collars, all the leashes, all the plug-ins and seals and shackles from the previous experiences and open up your throat.
Once you do the inner work involved, you can speak Heart to Heart, and even if your voice is not strong enough yet, it can be strong enough to be heard in thousands and thousands and thousands of kilometers just by you being strong from inside and merging the Heart and the Throat and speaking through your heart, heart to heart. And that's the intention, heart to heart communication, to be able to express yourself fully, to be able to call in, to invite supportive energies, to invite those who are aligned with your projects, with your expression.
Feels good to be you, right?
And that all is available for you only by you choosing and allowing this divine energy to be within you.
We're moving forward Third Eye - the energy center in between your eyebrows, in the middle of your forehead, the energy center, which is also not so light, to be honest, super heavy sometimes for some people. Some people have helmets, plug-ins, energy sales, everything that stops you from being able to be you being able to access your wisdom and knowledge. And that is something that we can take off from our head and send for the purification and just come back to the Original Code. It's a choice. You can choose to come back to the original code.
All sorts of religious belief systems always have a seed of truth, but also a seed of manipulation to keep you small, to keep you on that level, to keep you there where you are. But yet we are to choose what do we truly want. We are to choose the Divinity Within Ourselves. We are to choose to remember that every single person can access the Divine Library, the Soul Library so to speak, and clear up all sorts of foreign energies from here and come back to your true self. Akashic Records some call it. What that place is sometimes hard to explain, but in basic words, it's an empty room where you can open up the books or install or reinstall or disconnect and install again the software, so to speak, which you need for operating in this life for you to build up confidence to be yourself. And every single one has gifts and magic and wisdom within. Yet sometimes we did not trust we are to trust our own divinity.
We cancel and clear and delete everything that is no longer serving us and coming back to our true self and true divinity which has always been there for us. You don't need false activations or anyone giving you any energy. You already have all the energy within you.
Coming up to the Crown just above your head. This is your portal to the unknown, the place to reconnect to God/Source/Prime Creator. You can see a pillar of light coming out of your head and reconnecting you with the Source directly one-on-one.
What comes here is, you know, when you have a one-on-one session with somebody, you have to invest. And here you don't have to invest the money. You have to invest your attention, your dedication, your intention to be your true self, to be your kind and loving self. And yet every single person is to choose what he is here to choose, right? And if you are to choose love and kindness, you are to bring it into this physicality through all your actions and expressions.
I'm inviting you to reconnect with God/Source/Prime Creator, with your Highest Selves and the Highest and Purest Frequencies. No other frequencies are invited.
Your pure intentions are available for you to bring it into this physical reality and for you to remember your True Size of who you are and what you came here to do.
We can see this energy as a masculine energy if we see the Earth energy as a Feminine and we can bring these two energies to our hearts and merge them in our hearts. The Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine as the Sacred Union Within, creating the Divine Child within us and glowing, activating all the energy centres, even those which were not mentioned today, activating all our abilities, activating our sense of clarity and presence.
And yet we don't have to have anything. We don't need to do anything. We can just be. Be present, be clear, be here and now.
I'm inviting you to bring that energy from the Divine down through all your being and all your energy centers down through your body, through your whole physicality, as if it is a shower of energy streaming down through the Mother Earth, through your roots, clearing up everything on its way and reminding you who you truly are and what you came here to do and how you can express yourself fully and sincerely for the highest good of all.
Come back to the heart and stay in your heart for just a few more moments, exploring and feeling and experiencing everything and everyone and also nothing at the same time.
This place of stillness within you, it's available for you always. This place of stillness within you gives you clarity and direction. This place of stillness helps you to be raw and authentic.
I'm inviting you to remember this feeling. This is the place which is available for you always. You can come back to this place of your heart, all the moments in every single second of your life. If you remember, remind yourself to do so, it is available for you. It will always be there for you, and you can trust your senses, trust your senses, trust your senses.
And once you're ready, we're disconnecting and coming back to the physical reality, to this body. And we're putting the right hand on your heart and the left one on your solar plexus, coming back to the physical body, making a deep breathing, deep breath out, deep breathing, deep breath out, deep breathing, deep breath out.
And once you're ready, you can open your eyes.

My roosters - they're not really mine.
They're neighbors roosters because it's morning time. They're just being wild a little bit. When I just moved to this place, I was kind of worried, how am I going to run my sessions, run my meditations, run my classes with all these roosters in the background, how am I going to record stuff? But now I think it's a part of the environment, the same like cicadas, like rain, like ocean breeze. I can't disconnect it. It's a part of the reality. And it's interesting when I record some of my meditations or transmissions, sometimes I say things activate your throat and then my dog start barking because the space is really reflective of what is inside of us.
OK, The original code is the divine code, right?
Yeah, when I speak about the divine code, I don't know if there is like one divine code, the original template, the blueprint, which is available for every single one of us originally within our heart, right? It's something that you got from the incarnation, something that you brought with you into this physicality and something that is available there for you. What I mean is, it's not what was given to you by other people in belief systems. It was not religious or for family or society projection. This is the original code, which is available for every single one of us. And when we start exploring, it's a little bit different for every single one of us because every single one of us has different templates, different blueprint, different amount of DNA strands, different programs, different experiences. Yet there are collective experiences and collective distortions also, which we are to heal. And that's why I always invite people to do some inner work, if you can create a safe space to share your progress with those around you, that's the best. Because other people also experience things like that. And other people also face difficulties in relationship, face health issues, face doubts and fears and stuff like that. And once you find a solution, your solution might be helpful for others. And that's how we influence the reality. That's how we merge the physicality and spirituality. I have some transformational journeys
7 CHAKRAS HEALING JOURNEY - in this offering, we are not going from the bottom to the top like we did today, but we are starting in the top because we are already able to receive the vision, but we want to anchor it down in the physicality. And I promised to tell you what is to Anchor Down - is actually to give form, to give form to the creation. So, for example, many, many people have a lot of ideas - I will build this, I will do that. But then because of the limiting beliefs in the mind and subconscious mind, often times the ones which we do not notice or recognize until it is done, we do not do it. We do not give the form. So we clear up the limiting beliefs and then we understand that there can be empowering beliefs which we can create and that all is done through Somatic Release through the physical body. There are recorded exercises for that.
And then we are activating our intuition, intuitive abilities, but our own ones, not the ones which were given to us by someone else.
I will speak about Akashic Records in a second
We have to merge the realities, but we have to learn how to, because we all wanted to be the smart ones. We all wanted to be intellectual. We wanted to understand and learn from the good ones. And we were driven by this experience and addiction to the information, to the knowledge, so to speak, especially those who were in this part of the reality, those who were scholars, who like love to study, love to learn something new, love to explore and experience. And there is nothing wrong in that. That's like our nature. But again, not all the information is pure. You don't know what kind of condition the teacher was in when he was creating something. So you have to learn how to listen to your own senses and how to come back to your own senses. And you remember, I use this phrase Observe, But Do Not Absorb what is not resonant, right? So that's something that we do in every given moment in our life because not everything we want to absorb. So for example, we go to a concert and there are thousands of people and we see and witness and sometimes we even read their mind and experience. Or we go to a mall, to a shopping center and we feel all this - insecurities of people around us. But how do we stay solid in our own energy?
Akashic Records - this is nothing like particularly special. Some people can have visuals like going into a room and seeing all this like library books or seeing all this like storage. It is the visual that your imagination or mind or experience is creating, but it can be different experience for different people. Basically it's the place where as soon as you clear up the distortions, the place where you can access and switch off and switch on the tumblers of the wisdom and knowledge which you can use. And it's available for you. And throughout your experience, throughout you working with your distortions and with your inner issues and emotions and things, you learn something and it is uploaded there. But yeah, understand that in the past lives you were not only a good guy but also a bad guy. So you put up there a lot of stuff, traumatic stuff, which you are also to address. And that's why when we do regressions with people, some people come to me and say, I want to have a past life regression. OK, but why do you actually want that? Like what exactly you want to learn? Why? Because there is something else which might come along with it. So for example, in those past realities where you in the past lives or lifetimes or timelines where you want to access that wisdom or that knowledge which you learned by yourself back then and put into the storage, so to speak, you also had a very traumatic experience with your husband or with your children or grudges or greed or whatever. And you didn't resolve it, and your ego was very strong and you died and we were killed or something like that. And then when you go there, that trauma is going to come to the surface. Not that you will have the same type of experience, but you might need to face those emotions. And you might have this feeling like, oh, I have already done it before. Why is it coming back to the surface again? And the feeling is just a feeling. You have to do the work. You have to understand that it's just a part of the experience, we clear it up. We work with our attitudes and emotions and grudges. We release it and come back to the self, come back to the heart, come back to the purity, come back to the intentions and this is what it is. God is available in our hearts for all of us. We don't have to go to any religious teaching or any books or any teachers or anything.
No one is able to heal you. Only you can heal yourself. And that's why when you do some inner work, guides and teachers and healers and mentors are only able to hold your space and let you know how to stay on your track without redirecting, how not to be lost, how to be coming back to yourself. And they help you with the perspective shift, but you are the one to do the work for sure. That's the only way.
So 7 Chakras Healing Journey is actually not so only about these energy centers where we pay attention to every single one. But it's more about how you anchor this energy down into this physical reality and create something that will be useful for everyone without doubts, without fears, with the ability to remember that you came here to be yourself, to be your true, honest, authentic self. And how to stay centered. How to come back to the self, how to see clearly, how to understand that you're guided and protected, how to just be there for, even with your fears. Be there for yourself. So that's why it's a very special journey.

I want to mention about Emotional Purification and Purification in general. Purification is a very important part, especially if you have been through a lot. If you experienced a loss of a loved one, hard break-up, really big shift in your energy system and your awakening is not coming easy. SYSTEM RESET is a really good place for that. It's self-study, but I give hand in the chat and I answer all the questions and give a lot of support. And it helps you to clear up the emotional debris and come back to your own divinity and the original code as we mentioned.
And also it helps to understand that we're not to heal others if they didn't ask us about it. And yet we are changing the reality through ourselves, through Building the Confidence to be us and through clearing up that which was not resonant and through building this awareness that we can be raw and authentic and we are supported to do so. And that's a little bit bigger offering than the first one I mentioned because System Reset includes the Ancestral Healing and Remembrance because we have a lot of Gifts and Wisdom in our Roots, but those roots were very, very distorted.
And all this past life trauma, which I mentioned before is something that, once we get to explore, we get to experience. So we have to be very careful doing so. There needs to be guidance to do so. And when we start exploring that, we also understand that we ourselves come from Ancient Future and we ourselves are actually our own ancestors and we ourselves hold all these DNA distortions and wisdom and everything else. And once we choose that, that is something that we do not consent to, and this is something I want to be present for, then we have an opportunity to be there for others and to grow. And our ancestors give a lot of support and guidance. They're like, oh, thank you, thank you.
And this offering also has one of the modules called Conversation with the Ones Gone Beyond. It's for those who lost the loved ones. It's not for everyone. It's a very special place, but we can only go to that place once we're centered, once we're solid, because if we're not, it will be just traumatic for the physicality.
One more transformational journey which I have is about Merging Spirituality and Physicality in terms of material reality and creating mindset, which would allow abundance to come into your life. And this is a very important topic. I don't have time to speak deeply about it today. Maybe I will have an opportunity to have another live stream about it soon. It's a very important topic because we have to pay bills in our life.
We have to live abundantly. We deserve abundance because we are a part of nature. Yet the there is so much about it, like all this Victim Consciousness, Poverty Mentality, which were a part of the programming, all these false beliefs that OK, if you are in spirituality, you have to be poor and it's in subconscious. It's not. We don't have to be poor. And so clearly we have to be true and sincere with our needs and wants and desires. And yet from the place of abundance and something to share, we have to create, not from the place of lack. And that's something that’s really important.
When I started my journey more than 10 years ago, I was really like, but yeah, I have bills to pay. I have rent to pay. I have a child to feed. How do I create? And then you start creating from the place of - I need to pay for this and that and that. And then nobody signs up. And you understand, well, this is probably not the place I'm creating from. And then you learn, OK, I have to create from a different place. I have to create from the place of wholeness, from the place of like I have something to share from the place of, you know, it's interesting for me to be here with my energy.
And those who are willing to work one-on-one, it's possible, but only till the end of March. So only a few more weeks. I'm available because I'm about to have a new baby, then I will take some time off.
