what the body is communicating
There are several important things to realize:
1. Yes, our physical body is actually very smart and can heal itself without anything specific, if we give it rest, space, nourishment and good care
2. Not always physical disorders are because of some sort of spiritual attacks and problems, so to speak, some can be because of purging and expansion
3. When we are doing spiritual healing - it is normal to have physical things to address, as those spiritual distortions might have been in the system for many thousands of lives we had and it is time to clear them
Yet the physical body is very much connected with the emotional body, and for sure when we are experiencing something it might cause either resistance or growth - both require integration - time to slow down and implement the change on the physicality
This work is very special: you do not want to push yourself to do things, when you are sick - YOU WANT TO REST - you want to learn to release the tension and integrate the change. The physicality is going to shift together with your mental shift - refocus from the pain and disorder on the healing process itself
